Overview
Amarr 2741 energy-efficient Polyurethane Insulated is designed to maximize your budget’s value. The sections are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which creates a strong monolithic panel. It comes with a 10-year warranty and has a max std. width of 18′ 2″ and a max std. height of 14′ 1″. The door is 1-3/8″ (3.5cm) thick.
- Track: All Amarr doors are available with both 2″ or 3″ track in Standard Lift, High Lift, Vertical Lift, Rapid Install Vertical Lift, Low Headroom, and Follow the Roof Pitch
- Springs: Torsion springs are oil tempered, helical wound, and custom computed for each door for a minimum 10,000 cycle life. Optional springs are available for up to 100,000 cycles.
- Hardware: Galvanized steel hinges and track brackets. All rollers have a minimum of 10-ball bearings.
- Maximum Door Size: 40′ 2″ W x 26′ 1″ H
- Steel Thickness: 28/ 27 ga

The Rapid Install system for Amarr’s Vertical Lift doors is designed specifically for commercial sectional doors, saving approximately 20 minutes of installation time per door.
